I have 2 gut sensitive dogs - i was helped immediately - shown where gut sensitive products were - The person assisting me asked many questions about what i had tried - gave several sample products to try. She was knowledgeable- pleasant - unrushed snd kind.

I always have a great experience at your Woodmere Ohio store. The staff is amazing, they know everyone by name and are always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable of my pets needs. I love them all but Katie is my favorite, she is absolutely wonderful. Thank You for employing such wonderful people.

Everyone at this store is amazing. They know their stuff for sure and have been incredibly helpful. I have a rescue dog and the advice I have gotten has been invaluable.

Katy, Lu, Griffen, Kevin, et al provide superb, over and above customer service! That's not just pumping them up or an over exaggeration--their care, attention to detail and aim to serve make them outstanding. They take the time to listen, provide advice and I feel like they are looking out for me and my felines. I especially appreciate that Chagrin, Ohio store provides the exact Farmina dry and wet catfood formulas that we need along with the case discount, frequent product purchase.

They are no longer carrying the harnesses that we use. We use Ruffwear harnesses since they are the only ones that hold up to our Husky's. I also have noticed that they are carrying less variety in other products we use on a regular basis.

The staff at Hollywood feed is unbelievable. They are courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s really nice to be able to come here and know that my dog is going to be taken care of every single time. Highly recommend coming here for any pet owner.
