The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us choose a new dog food for our picky dog. The store was extremely clean too! We will be buying our pet food from Hollywood Feed from this point forward.

Of the 3 stores that are in my area- the Woodmere store is the best. It’s always clean and well stocked. I’ve never walked in and not been greeted even when they are busy. I feel like they know their products and will help you navigate any issue or questions. Will never go anywhere else. I send all my friends. Katie, Lu and Kevin are my go to people. Can’t say enough about them and this location. Always going the extra mile.

I have 2 gut sensitive dogs - i was helped immediately - shown where gut sensitive products were - The person assisting me asked many questions about what i had tried - gave several sample products to try. She was knowledgeable- pleasant - unrushed snd kind.

I always have a great experience at your Woodmere Ohio store. The staff is amazing, they know everyone by name and are always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable of my pets needs.
