Barbara was a great help in finding food and treats I can feed my cat with a uti. She looked up info on what we should be looking for and gave me links to several websites. I love going to a store where the people know how to answer your questions and truly want to help. I have shopped this location before and they are always awesome.

Very helpful and attentive to detail! Our little guy, Buddy the Elf, is going in for surgery in a few days, and this store was the only one in the area that had the soft e-collar he needed. The store had his collar, soft food, and soft treats, all ready to go for us! Thank you so much. I feel much more confident facing the surgery with our supplies in hand <3

Your staff member Beau at the Fishinger Rd store did an outstanding job helping us find something that would work for our senior pup. She was patient and offered a lot of information about your products, let the pup sample a few, and we walked away very happy. If she isnt already a manager you should consider making her one as this sort of customer service is rare these days.

I had the opportunity to be taken care of by Barbara on Thursday and again on Saturday as I purchased more Mousse and more small cans of cat food. I took Abby to the vet yesterday and did as the vet suggested, she crossed the rainbow bridge and is in no pain. I returned my purchases on late Sunday and the young female who assisted with the refund was just like Barbara, professional, compassionate, non judgemental and i.am truly thankful to both ladies as I will be rescuing another cat and will be coming to Hollywood Feed
