I had the opportunity to be taken care of by Barbara on Thursday and again on Saturday as I purchased more Mousse and more small cans of cat food. I took Abby to the vet yesterday and did as the vet suggested, she crossed the rainbow bridge and is in no pain. I returned my purchases on late Sunday and the young female who assisted with the refund was just like Barbara, professional, compassionate, non judgemental and i.am truly thankful to both ladies as I will be rescuing another cat and will be coming to Hollywood Feed

The employee immediately asked if she could help me find anything then took me to the dog harnesses and had a recommendation on several choices. I was in and out in 5 minutes and the harness is perfect! Thanks!

The staff of the arlington store are fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable about their products including the nutritional i need for my cat. Happy. Jovial. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.
