Your biggest problem is not having inventory when I come in to shop . I’ve been very disappoint with the 100% drop in inventory of your natural biscuits . I buy large quantities for my dogs and can’t buy them if they’re not in stock .

I needed a lot of help because I have a brand new puppy. I can't remember her name but a store employee took at least 20 minutes to walk around with me and talked about food and treats

First time ordering and was great from online ordering/store pickup!
We've visted the Upper Arlinton, ohio store a number of times and could not be more pleased with the attitude, knowledge and quality of service displayed...every time.
Great customer service. Heather was patient and a wonderful help with decision making. All were cheerful and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
