Jeanne, thank you for your feedback. It is sad that this toy did not fit well and last long for your dog. Our Hollywood Feed Promise is, “If your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, we will gladly replace or refund it. This includes open bags of treats and food”! However, it does not accommodate for the destruction of toys or beds, or for normal wear and tear.
