I bought a Skinneeez Crinkler yesterday. Soon after my 8 lb dog started playing with it, she ripped part of it off. I was disappointed in the quality.

Our Hollywood Feed Promise is, “If your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, we will gladly replace or refund it. This includes open bags of treats and food”! However, it does not accommodate for the destruction of toys or beds, or for normal wear and tear.
