Great experience buying a coat for my Frenchie..Great help in the store, since she was NOT an easy fit in size. Wish I could remember the names of people who assisted me during this shopping trip. Will be back in 2 weeks to see Santa!

lovely service every time
Just moved here from Portland OR, we were on the hunt for my pets' special food-had the brand but not the right one, and they offered to order it for us. Super nice and helpful with a good variety of products!

I was able to return a product my dogs didn’t like and get a different product at no extra charge. They carry a large variety and prices are comparable to other retailers. Had a very good experience. Will continue to shop here.
