Vinny at your Clintonville store always greets me by name with a warm smile. I have had some difficulty with my 17 yr old dog dog and her food, he has been extremely helpful. He has helped me with how to introduce new and food,as she has been quite picky What a wonderful asset to have this gentleman as a representative for your Company. He deserves the employee of the year award.

The same excellent customer service I've come to love. But it's infuriating that you're subjecting them and us to Christmas music before Thanksgiving.
