they are so helpful...my new adoptees are a bit afraid, staff was so kind and patient and helped me to get harnesses properly adjusted

I was in just the other day and while I love this store, no one greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. A departure from the usual when it was Pet People. They were friendly once I got to the desk but prior to that there was no exchange of customer service. I hope they can live up to the same standards as pet people.
