It’s been a difficult time for everyone the past few months and it is comforting seeing Hollywood follow the health guidelines, which are uncomfortable in general, and still keep the upbeat personalities and great customer service. Keep it up!

I have to say that this location has done such a great job at implementing all the social distancing criteria. I was still able to go in and get great advice on different treats for dogs that they have in their store. They even were able to help me find a wonderful gift for an elderly man that was feeling a little lonely during these times. Now he can look out his window and enjoy watching the birds eating from the bird feeder.

The customer service is fine except I am concerned that it is the women that end up loading the heavy bags of deer corn that I purchase. That should be men lifting those heavy bags not women that weigh 120 lbs or less. Other than that everything is great.
