Great customer service! What I wanted to purchase was not on the shelf and the employee volunteered to go in the back to check inventory...bringing out the case of Zignature that I wanted to purchase

We’ve shopped at Rucker/Hollywood for many years but their excellent customer service was really on display as we tried to find a food that would work for our puppy. We received amazing guidance in dealing with her special needs, used the money back guarantee a couple of times, but now have found the right food for her. She is healthy and growing!
