The minute I walk in I’m greeted with a hello and what can they get for me. They get my dogs food and take it to the counter. Tell me how many more till I get a free bag. (Love this!) After my purchase they carry my purchase directly to my car! If I order delivery I get it within the hour. And I always tip the driver. I will never go anywhere else for my dogs food
