This was the first time I used same day delivery. I received the email that the food had been delivered...but not to me! I gave specific instructions and if the driver had read them, she would have known she was not at the correct address. I called the 800 number and she told me to call the store which I did. They came out and found the order and brought it to me. Worked out fine but a hassle.
