Normally the clerks are very friendly and helpful. On My last visit the clerk acted as if I was in the way and was borderline rude.

Lady at front desk was unpleasant she made a mistake and refunded me $30 to much i went back to tell she corrected and never said anything like thank for being honest. Poor service

Placing my order online was easy.. curbside pickup was a bit confusing.. the number for curbside pickup and the actual business goes to a voicemail?? It took a while for someone to notice I was there.. I can’t get around right now plus I paid/tipped for curbside pickup. The store was not busy, I could see inside and the associates could see me?? Get the curbside pickup number fixed or don’t offer this service! Thanks!

I went for the Christmas in July said that I received numerous emails on last week and the store had no idea what I was talking about and had none of the items shown online as in stock at that store.

Yesterday I came to this location to get my dog a shock collar. Both of my sisters have worked at Hollywood Feed and suggested it to me. I came in and my boyfriend asked where they were located so we could get one. The employee asked why one of our dogs needed them. We told her what he was doing and she replied “I’m not giving you a shock collar for that your dog needs to be trained.” She continued to tell us that our dog growling at us, running away, peeing on furniture and tearing things up on furniture was we may need to ... read more
