I come to this Olive Branch store all the time. I spoke to a blonde headed girl that helps me all the time. See looked at me as if I was from Mars!!! Not happy at all. Hurt feelings I cannot believe this is the way you treat your loyal customers. Sincerely Kathryn J Keller

Normally the clerks are very friendly and helpful. On My last visit the clerk acted as if I was in the way and was borderline rude.

Lady at front desk was unpleasant she made a mistake and refunded me $30 to much i went back to tell she corrected and never said anything like thank for being honest. Poor service

Placing my order online was easy.. curbside pickup was a bit confusing.. the number for curbside pickup and the actual business goes to a voicemail?? It took a while for someone to notice I was there.. I can’t get around right now plus I paid/tipped for curbside pickup. The store was not busy, I could see inside and the associates could see me?? Get the curbside pickup number fixed or don’t offer this service! Thanks!
