I LOVE THIS STORE!! They know my dog’s name when we walk through the door and are always so warm in their greeting of the both of us. I literally pass up the Katy Gaston store to go to this store! The Katy Gaston store is SO uninviting... they could care less. The University store is GREAT!

The store always provides excellent service and recommendations.In fact this latest trip was to get a bag of dog food that we didn't know you carried until one of the employees told me on a previous visit. She explained the entire program about buying 12 bags and getting 1 free.
