The customer service was lacking and the employees didn’t seem to eager to help out or happy to be working there
While the customer service was great, my dog wasn't interested in eating her usual food. When I looked at the expiration date out of curiosity, it was 3 months expired. Since a new bag that I purchased doesn't expire until some time next year, I can only wonder exactly how old the bag that I purchased from Hollywood really was.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! They know my dog’s name when we walk through the door and are always so warm in their greeting of the both of us. I literally pass up the Katy Gaston store to go to this store! The Katy Gaston store is SO uninviting... they could care less. The University store is GREAT!
