Great customer service! Great return policy. I like the products and treats. Always people on hand to help. They dont ask if I need help carrying the bag out to my car... they just carry it for me. This is going to be my pet store.

I booked a bath for my dog Lucky and the groomer shaved my dogs hair off. I will never use this comp again!

I took my dog to give her a bath and my dog is husky mix I was disappointed because you didn’t have enough towels to dry the dog and the vacuum blow air kind of cold and my dog was still too wet and some dogs don’t like the vacuum at the time I got out you only had one employee working at the counter . You have friendly employees at the store but I think you need at least 4 towels.
