Excellent and consistent customer service. I have used the home delivery service multiple times. Works like a charm, every time. I also like the high quality of food offered at HF. I discovered the food my dogs have been eating for about a year now, at HF. Their digestive problems have disappeared!

I love this place! I recommend it to everybody who adopts at my shelter because of the cheap crates. I love the wide range of toys and I love that some are always on sale because my dog is going to have demolished them in an hour. I love the customer service. Everything about this store is great! And I especially love the variety. Big box stores might be bigger, but they have an awful lot of empty space on their shelves. Declan the demon dog says this is his favorite store!
