Every time I walk into the store, I’m immediately greeted, and given suggestions for whatever I’m looking for. I’m telling you, the customer service here is unmatched. They are always so polite and helpful. This is the only local pet store that I will give my business to, and 90% of that reason is because of the customer service. Thank you for always being there, and being so respectful!

Excellent customer service - staff remembers customer and their pets, and helped me find the perfect things to make my dogs last day before crossing the rainbow bridge special, along with something to help make her passing easier to handle for our other dog.
