I don't normally give negative feedback, but after much deliberation with my husband, I became uneasy with one of the associates the other day. Daniel's presence/jokes/behavior made me uncomfortable, and it made my daughters feel the same way. It felt both inappropriate and unprofessional. Hopefully, we won't have to deal with these issues again. The rest of the crew was fantastic!

Very talented groomer, however, having my Aussie crated for 8 hours with no bio break, having booked my appointment three months in advance is unacceptable. And when I arrived at 5:15 to wait for his completion I learned that her day was "double booked." I couldn't help wondering how many in the double booked category were already home! Cancelled my December pre-booking and am now on the search for a new groomer.

The staff at Hollywood Feed is quite nice. My son was with me and he contacted the staff several times for problems in the bathing room. Empty shampoo bottles, only used towels and the dryer only blew cold air. Never will take my pup there again. I am passing this along to friends at the Germantown Dog Park. Not worth going to Hollywood Feed.

The staff at Hollywood Feed is quite nice. My son was with me and he contacted the staff several times for problems in the bathing room.
