I really like shopping here. My only request would be that they offer some type of food discount (ie buy x number and get the next free). The food is expensive. Other than that- great place to shop.

Our Frequent Feeder program works by averaging the purchases made under a particular brand over time and taking the average amount off of your redeemable purchase. For example, with Fromm, you can redeem your discount after 12 purchases of dog food (cases of cans or bags of dry food). Excellent customer service!! I wish I could remember the girl that helped me yesterday(February 7th around 1) she is always so helpful and literally remembers me and what I buy every time I go in!
