Just fantastic. I feel much better knowing I no longer have to roam the woods hunting for animals to feed my dog. The folks in here were wonderful and helped me find an much better alternative to the raw squirrel and turtle diet I had been feeding.

Always a very personal experience! Immediately greeted at the door with a genuine and warm, helpful greeting. An offer to help personally walk with me to get an item if looking for something specific. Groomer always friendly, quick and compassionate for nail trims. Store always clean and tidy. Never out of an item i am looking for! Love this store!!

Would not shop anywhere else for pet food or supplies. If you can support a locally owned company, get everything you need all in one place, for the same price as the big box store, why wouldn’t you? Plus, you get very knowledgeable employees that greet you & jump to help with any questions or needs as soon as you come in the door. I went to a location I typically don’t shop. I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately walked over to where my dog food brand was-they carried my 2 bags to the counter for me and carried them to the car! I was in and out quickly! They even offered pet friendly salt for the sidewalk in preparation of the snow—never knew that was a thing 😂 The staff at Hollywood are always so helpful!!
