I went in with a new rescue dog and talked to Lorri. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't often leave reviews, but I was just so blown away with the quality of service that feels rare nowadays. Not to mention the wide range of well made products, and quality dog food options. This will definitely be my go to store.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, answering all my questions about what food would be best for my doggy with sensitive skin. They also suggested some cat treats for my cat, and at first, I thought he would hate them, as he does everything, but they were right! They are the only treats he will touch. This has been my favorite location I've visited!

The Germantown TN store is awesome. They are always so friendly and work to be sure we have all we need. We adopted a rescue from Team Memphis Rescue and love that they participate with this group.
