I went to a location I typically don’t shop. I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately walked over to where my dog food brand was-they carried my 2 bags to the counter for me and carried them to the car! I was in and out quickly! They even offered pet friendly salt for the sidewalk in preparation of the snow—never knew that was a thing 😂 The staff at Hollywood are always so helpful!!
Good selection of products for your pets. I have two cats and three dogs and their needs can be met with the vast selection of dog/cat food and other pet products.

In grooming my dog Bella was treated with such care and gentleness. She spent time answering my many questions. Everyone is so nice and very helpful from when you walk in until you leave. I love visiting the Germantown store.

The gentleman that helped me was EXCELLENT. I hope that he is there the next time I go. So nice, friendly and a delight to talk with. Also, he had some great suggestions about some cat issues.

Brian was very helpful, just like the whole staff. It’s one of the reasons I love the store. They are always great to me and my dog, and it’s one of the last places that wants to give good customer service!
