I was welcomed by the clerk. She found the cat food I wanted and suggested a cleaner, which I needed. She was kind and helpful. I will return, even though it is further from my house than other pet stores.

The associates were very busy, but took the time to say “good morning, are you looking for something special”. They took the time to say we have sale on selected item's that are BOBO
