The guy was very nice in helping us to purchase a new leash and harness for our dog. He just didn’t know much as we considered other items. I suspect that he was new and untrained. I’ll certainly return but have expectation that the experience will be better.

I’m so happy to have Hollywood feed in PTC. First off the store is the only pet food store around that also carries proper dog training equipment. The prices are solid, selection can’t be beat. It’s a friendly and inclusive environment! Tiffany the rest of the staff (sorry friends I’m bad w names) are friendly and helpful and always happy to make my dogs sit before giving the pets!
