My dogs favorite place to go! We love the self serve bath rooms! Always do clean and stocked. All of the people working there are so kind and knowledgeable! We are so happy they are here.

The guy was very nice in helping us to purchase a new leash and harness for our dog. He just didn’t know much as we considered other items. I suspect that he was new and untrained. I’ll certainly return but have expectation that the experience will be better.
