The customer service from all staff was excellent they were very attentive , very kind and helpful and offered to help me carry my things out to the car. What was more exciting was me winning a prize which was a scratch box for my cat since I was a certain number customer. I appreciate the magnificent customer service especially since it was my first time at this location due to me being new to the area. Thank you and I will be back soon

The best retail experience ever. The Grandview store on 5th Ave. I was in around noonish Thursday November 4th. I don't remember everyones names but I met Paul, Ahmed, a curly red headed human, and my main guide was the (I am assuming gender) female. I am a first time puppy parent and have a 15lb, 5 month old chihuahua lab named Phoenix. We are new to the neighborhood and walked there on our lunch.
