The best retail experience ever. The Grandview store on 5th Ave. I was in around noonish Thursday November 4th. I don't remember everyones names but I met Paul, Ahmed, a curly red headed human, and my main guide was the (I am assuming gender) female. I am a first time puppy parent and have a 15lb, 5 month old chihuahua lab named Phoenix. We are new to the neighborhood and walked there on our lunch. This store is a dream and it’s mostly due to their staff! The selection is great and the discounts you earn on products are nice but it’s the staff that keeps me coming back!

I have been going there for years, always super friendly. My dog has to have a certain type of dog food for her gut issues. It’s always in stock. I love this place.
