I have been going to this location for a long time and I have never had a bad experience or not been offered help the moment I walk in or if the staff see me looking around.

Really great help from the staff! Helped me find some good toys for my cat and pointed me towards a promotion that I ended up taking. They also talked me through different non-clay litter options and the purchase loyalty program, which was great to learn about!
