I had a very good experience. I was buying a harness for my 10 year old cat. I have just moved to a new building and thought she might like to go outside. A very helpful young lady helped me.

The employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When we got a kitten, they helped us figure out where to start and gave us great recommendations.
