Excellent customer service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t call when they couldn’t obtain an item I special ordered.

Your whole store is devoted to dogs. We who have cats love them just as much as people with dogs. I try to feed them wholistically but your product lines are very limited.

Not good. The cashier was very unhelpful. No friendly greeting and she did not know anything I asked her. Also what happened to the free lid covers for canned food? Pet People always handed those out if you needed one.
The staff at the Dublin store always offers to carry my large bag of dog to the car. I was in Johnstown for the Buckeye game and stopped in New Albany for dog. Food in my way home. They did not offer to help with my large bag of dog food to the car. 🤨
