We were greeted the moment we walked into the store. The store is clean and organized. We had our pets nails trimmed by Kat the groomer they had onsite. She is wonderful. The staff entered all of the card punches we had into the new electronic system. This is so much easier than remembering a card. Purchased our two bags of dog food and were on our way. Great experience.

It’s a total bummer you took away your bull litter. Those containers are awful for the environment and I can’t imagine having to now buy and waste 1 per week. Please consider bringing back bulk litter

As always, thank you for your quick delivery! I was so thankful for how fast you got 2 bags of 30 lb food to my house, wrapped so it stayed dry and it had the cutest ribbon on it!
