I wish there were more cat trees available. I’m satisfied with the one I bought but was also the only one in the store.

Hi Jessica, Your review had me looking around my store too, and you were not wrong. Unfortunately, it is just a numbers game and not many people come into our store looking for a cat product. I have looked at the site and gone to the website for the brand we are carrying (Ware Cat Furniture). Maybe the store could special order a product for you from that vendor. I will say we at corporate are working on including more cat training for ourselves and if we increase our knowledge, we can increase sales, and slowly but surely ... read more
Excellent customer service, best selection of products (food and toys!), really love this place, I have 2 pet stores within a .5 mile radius of me and I still choose to drive the extra five minutes to come here!
