The Cashier was so nice and helpful. It’s was my first time. I’m a new dog mom and she helped me pick things for my puppy. Also there was a nice customer that gave me great advice for training my new puppy. It’s was a very good experience and I definitely will recommend anyone with a pet to go here. Here’s a picture of my puppy in his green vest that I purchased.
A good friend has had great experiences here so when I had questions about my dog's food and harnesses I knew exactly where to go! My friend said talk to OJ or Max and both of them greeted us warmly when we entered the store. I talked to OJ and told them the challenges we were having with Carolina's allergies and leash training and OJ was a wealth of information! I didn’t cat the name of the gentleman who helped me which I regret very much because this was my first time here and he was AWESOME! So helpful and we chatted a ton. I got home and my cat LOVED the lotus juicy venison FYI. This was such an amazing experience and I am so grateful for the knowledgeable staff
I love the workers at this location. They are friendly and you can tell they are real animal fans. The variety of products to choose from is good & each worker is knowledgeable about the products in the store. I love that there is a Vet tech available on the weekends to trim my dogs nails. The techs are all good, but my favorite is Chris. Thanks Hollywood (AKA PetPeople) for this added bonus.
The staff is always warm and welcoming. We take our pup in here for baths and the facilities are always clean. We popped in for some treats and toys and OJ was so helpful and introduced us to a new treat with ingredients that I felt better about than what I had originally grabbed.
