great customer service, very clean & organized store
There isn’t a time that I’ve gone to their stores, without some kind of solution to an issue. I have a senior, asthmatic, allergic, challenging cat. Many a time, due to issues, I’ve had to change her food or seek an acceptable treat. I’ve never felt that they didn’t care about helping me. I’ve sent many people their way. Both the Nora store that I frequent the most, and the store on 146th in Carmel.
