Attentive customer service when I go in and I've been pleased with the products purchased. Great location in Nora. We can even walk over.

Great customer interaction and friendly staff. Went to give my 65lb Poodle a bath and blow dry. Loads of towels, new waterproof aprons, 3 soap choices. Unfortunately the tub did not drain well limiting getting shampoo and conditioner off my dogs feet and ankles. Had to lift him out of tub to dry him. The floor was wet and dirty. I usually dry him in the tub after rinsing tub and drying with a couple towels. I’ve been coming here for baths and high velocity blow drys since you opened.
