Everyone that works at the store is great. Being a new dog owner they have answered my questions and helped me find the things I needed. Great place to shop.

Everyone is so willing to help… The staff is very knowledgable on products as well. Range and variety of product is great! My only small issue is that I am always feeling pressured into buying “kibble” for my Saint Bernard puppy. She is currently under vet supervision and that of the advice of her personal dog trainer. I have explained this multiple times and am still feeling like I’m getting pressured into purchasing a product that we just don’t want to move ahead with at this time. Well there was only one Associates working. I went to give my dog a bath and all the tubs were dirty. I am very disappointed in this place lately. I have been coming here for years.
