Your Corporate transition is wonderful and seamless! My cat food is always in stock and that is everything to me, as I have two senior sick cats who are my hospice patients! Your staff, some of whom may have left your Western Springs Store or some may still be there, went above and beyond in the finite details of Customer Service.
