Always friendly and helpful. Love how they help take things to your car while you’re managing your dog. Don’t buy pet food from anywhere else.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Saran, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific item and she showed me the varieties that they carried. She was very approachable and it was a great experience!

Customer service was outstanding. The sales person took me to the item I was wanting to buy (a scratching post for my cat). She also helped me to enter a drawing for a cat surprise. She was kind and patience with all my questions. Great shopping experience!!!!

Wonderful staff who remember me and my dog Enzo. Great service. Willing to order anything for my special needs. A fun, happy place for my dog and I to shop. The staff, everyone is kind , professional and extremely helpful.

This store was called about a product from the other store on Farhills in Dayton. 446 had the product and held 2 of the 4 for me. Then found out my rewards entitled me to a 3 rd one free. Lady was very happy to help me and told me of the rewards. I genuinely appreciate that!! She was most kind and helpful and very professional. And even helped me out with the 3 - 20 pound bags to the car. I truly appreciate her kindness. Thankyou.

Always in stock with the food we need. The.store associates (clerks) are very knowledgeable about the items in the store and very helpful. They are always willing to listen to our concerns with our pets and they always give very good suggestions. Also the store is incredibly clean. Lastly I like the bags they put together for donations to other animals in need.
