I was greeted as I entered the store and the guy asked if he could help us. I said yes I was looking for a muzzle. He took me to the muzzles and to let him now if I needed anything more. I wondered to store and bought two toys for my two dogs which didn’t last to the end of the day. For the cost I was disappointed in them. I did find some treats that had cosequin etc in them so I bought them. My one dog had arthritis so I’m hoping they will be helpful to her. The staff always says hello and asks if I need help. That's the way to run a business. So many places ignore you and the employees have their faces in their phones. The place is always clean. I like that you discount damaged bags too.

They always treat my dog as if it is theirs. My dog loves going to the store to get pets and treats. When they were out of the food I needed they had it transferred in overnight for me so I wouldn't run out. Always super friendly. Great clean, well stocked store.

I needed to return an item that was never opened because unfortunately we had to put our 15 yr old schnauzer to sleep. The man that helped me was so nice and considerate for my reason returning the item.
