Easy., Informative, friendly, understanding, dog freedom in store, treats provided, pet allowed to choose treat, easy going interactions. You were ALL wonderful - supportive, fun, relaxed, not sale pushy. We will be back!

I appreciate the large selection and that help is available at the door. I really like that there’s no pressure and I could take my time shopping too. The staff is knowledgeable about the products offered.

The guy who helped me find toys that were not going to be destroyed in 5 minutes was awesome!!!! He knew his toys and I really appreciated his knowledge!!!
