I needed 2 XXL crates and Justin was amazing and had one shipped to the store since there was only one in stock. Justin and his staff are always so helpful, friendly and wonderful. They go above and beyond and are so kind ! These folks deserve recognition for consistently keeping a high standard in all aspects of their store and I truly appreciate everyone there (I apologize for leaving so many names out )

Very friendly and helpful staff
The BEST customer service. All of the employees, especially Justin (the manager) are so nice, considerate, helpful…I could go on for days. My dog loves them and they each make me feel like they love my dog! We won’t shop anywhere else!
