Absolutely love this place! Great products, food, toys etc. and the staff is ALWAYS so friendly and there to help you with anything. LOVE LOVE LOVE that you can take your pets in, and the employees can take theirs into work with them as well! I love petting all of them! Thank you for a wonderful neighborhood pet store!

Staff is friendly, informative and helpful. I like the changes to the loyalty program, especially the electronic conversion - but I wish there was a way for me to see it myself. I appreciate the switch to paper bags -no more single use plastic ones (I hope!)

I have to say I am completely blown away at such high levels of customer attentiveness and professionalism at this store in particular. My dog has lots of food issues and you guys have gone out of your way to solve our problems. Hailey and Brian truly stand out. I look forward to coming to this store because of them.
