Excellent customer service! I called the store because I didn't have time to get there before closing and the associate helped me with my purchase and held the bag of dog food at the store until I could pick it up. Her personality and willingness to help were great and made the rushed feeling I had melt away. Plus, it gave me time to do other things on my list. I also received reminder calls from another associate who was equally friendly! I have really enjoyed shopping at PetPeople and have seen the same great service, mayb... read more
