THE BEST dog supply house in Cincinnati. Hands down. They have the healthy stuff you should be feeding you best friend not the poo poo stuff you get at grocery stores. AND, the BEST customer service. Love this place.

Excellent customer service! I called the store because I didn't have time to get there before closing and the associate helped me with my purchase and held the bag of dog food at the store until I could pick it up. Her personality and willingness to help were great and made the rushed feeling I had melt away. Plus, it gave me time to do other things on my list.
