The employees are amazing! My daughter and I went inside today and Bryan behind the desk walked us around helping us gather supplies for our new puppy! I was so nervous I was going to forget things and he wouldn’t let us forget anything! Kayla helped bring my supplies out and I didn’t even ask. Highly recommend. I wish I could have given a 6th STAR!!!

We went to bathe our dog ourselves. My only suggestion would be to have more absorbent towels. Otherwise , it’s very clean and convenient.
