Knowledge and friendly staff here.
Business response:
We’re very proud of the compliment on our Feed Team members. Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public and users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. Thank you for your five-star review! We hope to see you again soon!
It’s always a pleasure to visit HF. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store is clean and products come with a money back guarantee.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Very helpful good customer service.
My favorite pet store!
Helpful and friendly staff with great product selection!
We love this place. We use the dog wash. We showed up at 6:35, for the record they close the dog wash one hour before closing time so it should have been closed. The gal working,Kate, was so amazing allowing us to wash Ruby. This means the world to us since we live 30 minutes away in the country. Now we know what time so show up. Thanks Kate.
