The staff and very friendly and helpful, I appreciate their honesty. I asked for training treats for my puppy they offered some that where on a buy one get one sale (promote sale items is the way in retail) but when I asked for nutrient dense treats they immediately took showed me the two bed brands of nutrient dense treats. That right there shows they listen and care about your concerns. They also post the animals that visit the store to the Facebook š.Ā
