Justin is AMAZING! His customer service skills and wisdom are exemplary. Your company truly needs to find a higher-up position for this individual. I am not alone in my thoughts...have spoken with other customers who also feel that he is the reason we come to this store! He is invested in helping pets and aiding their owners. He knows sooooo many people and pets by name as they walk through the door....and recalls the issues they are having with their canine/feline companions.
