I can't say enough about this store and the staff! They are truly amazing and make me and my dogs feel so special every time we're there! Today's Valentine's Day party was just great!
The hospitality of the staff was unbelievable! They were SO nice. I walked in and started looking around and the manager saw me 10 minutes later then apologized several times for not greeting me. It totally took me back because it's totally okay!! The two girls helped me pick out the best selling dog food and we're super nice the whole time. The staff was extremely helpful when I arrived at the store. I could not recall the exact brand of dog food that my family normally purchases, but the manager looked up my information in the database and was able to take me right to the dog food brand that I needed. Friendly and great customer service!

PetPeople/Hollywood Feed in Fairlawn is awesome! Their associates are very knowledgeable. Their insight is so helpful when trying to make the best decisions as to what to get for my lab puppy. They are friendly and go above and beyond to make shopping there a great experience. They also frequently run sales and I have found their pricing very comparable, if not better, to other stores in the area. They've made a loyal shopper out of me!
