Great customer service. I was looking for specific types of toys and the employee was very friendly and helpful, showing me different options around the store and helping select what would be best for my picky dog. She was very helpful.

I came in last week and spoke with a young lady named Dallas regarding special treats and food for my puppy. Dallas was very knowledgeable and took her time with me. Thank you for all of your help and patience.

as a professional groomer, the self service dog wash is beyond amazing! from the nice products available to the awesome equipment & just overall clean! also love that the cashier used to be a groomer so i didn’t get any weird looks when doing a full deshed there lol! will definitely be back!!

The folks at this store absolutely made my dogs Christmas. The day we adopted Joe the beagle back in February an unplanned bath at a PetPeople in another city lead to him picking up his very first toy, a giraffe as big as he was. Today that giraffe is falling apart so we wanted to get him a new one for Christmas. A week and a half before Christmas I go in looking for it with little hope.
