The employees are amazing. I love the fact that if your pup or cat doesn't like something you can return it or exchange it. This has been an amazing because we have a very picky pup. We were able to find food she loves and treats. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped us when selecting food. I love that they deliver also.Ā
Cam was helpful. However, he handed me the bag of dog food to carry to the register. The rest of the clerks I have had contact with consistently go above and beyond to help. They ask if I need help getting things to the car. Thank you!Ā

All staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly helpful and considerate. Just got my new critter and they helped find all i need and Iām on food plan for pooch now and got info on lady that does grooming services. They even found me local area places for animal chipping and annual licensing. It was great!!!!!!Ā
